New Homes
| | | Buying Your New Home With Your Exclusive
Carolina Realty Group Realtor
*Your agent will educate you about builder quality, history, reputation, value, based on many years of experience dealing with them
*Take the time to drive you around the builders several neighborhoods to show you their model homes and point out what makes one different from the other, saving you time
*Invaluable experience with builders when it comes to knowing their motivation regarding prices or terms
*Advise you on which upgrades make sense, which features are desirable for future resale, which lot is the best choice, why you may not choose a lot even if they are giving you $10,000 discount
*Accompany you to your color selection and advise you the latest trends, help you decide choice of style, color, etc
*Be there for your preconstruction meeting if the builder has one, ask questions that you might not otherwise ask because the whole plan can be overwhelming to go through, point to you
little things that maybe important later when you start living in your home
*Help you follow up the progress with the builder, ask questions for you, check things out for you in case there
are things overlooked or not being taken cared of
*Accompany you to the walkthrough, coordinate with an independent inspector should you want one to inspect the home and give this list to the builder to get the items fixed before the walkthrough
*Be at your final walk, and help you make sure that all items needing repair have been done except with areas where only the experts could tell.
*Hopefully, if you have reached this far, you are pleased
enough that you would go to closing with your agent.
*After closing, you will never lose contact with your CRGI Realtor as will be with you for life, periodically checking you out and updating you with market trends!
Without Your Own Exclusive Buyer Representation
With Carolina Realty Group
*You will do the above on your own and hopefully you have
enough time and done enough research, asking around friends, acquaintances and co workers to make sure that you are all equipped with your tools knowledge and experience to do this all on your own to make a good real estate decision. It will still be alright but you would always wonder if you missed anything, if maybe the service of an experienced and knowledgeable professional real estate expert could have made it smoother, better to your advantage, and less stressful.
