| The process of buying a house and having your old place rented at the same time can be very frustrating and stressful; however, Judith and her team made the experience fun, educational and stress-free.
Upon looking for a new home closer to work, we stumbled to this new community; found the house that we really like and with both of us tired of having a long commute to work, we wanted to start the buying process right away and get it done and over with. | Judith sold my house in 2 days!: We had originally went with another realty that wanted to list our house at $216,000 (and then wanted to drop it to $208,000--even before she even tried listing it) The realtor also insisted that we need to invest alot of $ to fix up our house before she would even consider listing it because of its age. A week later, she ended up not wanting to put the time/effort into our house and she ended up pulling out of our agreement--.
So, I called up Judith, and she came by the house right away and did a thorough evaluation of my house. Our house was 35 years old, and she appreciated and considered all the upgrades we had completed throughout the years. (the other realtor only saw what needed to be fixed) She presented me with a thick report of all of her market research. (the other realty offered me 2 pages and some screen prints of houses for sale in my general area). She said we could easily list our house at $224,900 because of all of the upgrades, the huge yard, and the North Raleigh location. She put the house up on the market and we had a showing the next day. Plus, another one scheduled the day after. The first clients made an offer the following day for the full asking price. The second showing resulted in them considering making an offer as well. But the first couple was a little faster in locking in on the deal. When Judith was getting all of the paperwork together, we had even more showings scheduled--and a third couple really liked the house. We had to cancel the 4th showing because the paperwork was underway. Judith is a very hard working realtor who really knows the business.
